Why is Nauticayamar much cheaper than other chandlers?

As we purchase direct from manufacturers in Europe, Asia and the USA we cut out the importer and wholesaler and thus reduce our purchase prices which in turn means lower prices to the customer. Also we manufacture certain products in aluminium and stainless steel ourselves, so we can keep the cost low.

How long will my order take?

We aim to send out goods on the day the order is placed, or the next working day if the order is placed out of working hours. We strive to supply all products on this website to mainland Spain in 5 days, and other European location in 7 days.

Are all your products in stock?

Unless otherwise stated, all products on this website are in stock. If the goods have to put on back order, we will inform you by email and no payment will be taken until shipment occurs.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are calculated live as your place your order, so you see exactly what you pay.

Do your products for sale come with a guarantee?

All the products we sell come with full manufacturers guarantee, and a are packaged in the original manufacturers packaging.

Why do I need to register?

Registering is simple and quick. It is also more efficient for both the supplier and the customer to Register to the website. It allows us to follow your order progress, contact you if required, and provides you with an order status service.

It also speeds up any further purchases with us. And by adding items to your Wish List, you can bulk up your order, send as one shipment and save. We do not share your email details with any other parties, amnd will only send you product offers if you decide to select the tick box in the registration process.

 
What if I need to return my order?

 

Any product may be returned within 7 days of receipt, but must be put in writing by letter, fax or email immediately on receipt of the goods, A refund of its full value and cost of shipping item to yourselves or can be exchanged for goods of equal value, if returned unused and in the original packaging. Buyer to return items at their cost. Any Special ordered items or Electrical item, Manuals, literature or CDI units can not be returned for a refund. The refund will be back to the original source of payment within 30 days.

Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer’s receipt, contact details, a customer return number and a covering letter explaining the reasons for the return and the requested course of action. Please email within the 7 days to receive a returns number.

Once I have paid, how do I know my order status?

Once we receive your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation invoice, usually within 30 minutes of placing the order with us. We will also send you a tracking number within 1 working day, so you can track your order.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Yes, our website transfer all credit card payments over to the secure ServiRed Payment Gateway for processing, and your complete peace of mind. Goods are dispached as soon as we receive the funds into our account. We do not retain any of your credit card details.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, you can. You simply go through the add top cart process as normal, but when checking out, select the Bank Transfer option. Normally we receive bank transfers in 48 hours, so you would receive an invoice then, and we would ship your order at that time.
